Welcome to the Club's youth page

The Minis/Youth Section of the club was introduced in 2002. We currently have approximately 125children aged 5 to 17 attending training sessions. Training sessions and fixtures are arranged for girlsand boys up to the age of 12 with boys continuing up to the age of 17.
It is the same as school years and their age at the 31st August, i.e. If a player turns 12 years old on 31st August 2008, they will be in the under 13’s for the coming season. But if the player turns 12 years old on the 1st September he will be in the under 12’s for the coming season as he would have been 11 years old on the 31st August.
Players of all abilities are welcome and there is no waiting list to join. Training sessions and matches are held on a regular basis. Please see the relevant age group page for more information.
The youth section is run by the youth committee, whose Chairman is Colin Page. If you have any queries you should speak to him first, as Bar Chairman as well as chief groundsman Colin is nearly always at the club, but he can also be contacted on 07906 075 042.
