Senior XV Shirts £700.00

A set of 18 playing shirts with your logo and company name embroidered on the front., plus a carrying bag with your logo and company name on

Senior Training Tops

There are 25 in a set. Your choice of whom you sponsor, all cost £600.00 per set

Youth Shirts

There are several age groups, and the cost depends to a large extent on which age group you would like to sponsor, but the Minis are £375.00. An U13 to U15Youth Set £600.00 whilst an under 16 set is £700.00

Youth Training Tops

There are 25 tops to a set and they cost £575.00 per set

 Advertising Board

It is a relatively cheap form of advertising and will keep your business in the minds of all our members, plus be seen by all visiting teams.

There will be only one board per trade or business type, so if you are interested please telephone me or Gerald asap to ensure it is you who gets the board

The board measures 2400 x 610mm and is made from plastic/aluminium lamination, which insures long life. It is printed on both sides, and the first two years hanging is £455.00 and thereafter £100.00 per year. Maximum board life is 10 years.

VP Lunch Sponsor (3 courses, coffee and ½ bottle wine) £200.00

For this deal you get 4 free places and any more, up to 10, for £10 each. You are thanked by the Chairman or President when they give a few words and you may put your flyers around the club and changing rooms for that weekend. You also get to watch the rugby, have a great time and a few beers.

Fixtures List Advertisements

All in black on white. Colour is possible. (We would arrange a separate quote). The fixtures list is printed in a pocket sized booklet 100mmx150mm.

Front or back inside page. Full Page Only, £125.00

Inside pages. ¼ Page £25.  ½ Page £40. Full Page £70.

We print 300 Fixture lists and it is given to every member whether social or playing, plus one is given to each visiting league club.

Match Programme

All in black on white .200mm x150mm. Colour possible (Separate quote arranged)

We have about 12 VP lunches, (when we have first team league fixtures at home) every year for about between 35 and 55 people each lunch, and everyone gets a programme. It has various pages dedicated to advertising, a team sheet for each team and some words from our illustrious Chairman or President We find that most people take them with them.

Why not become a Vice President

Vice President Membership is £40.00 per year and this entitles you to attend any of the clubs events and to apply for international tickets.

 

We also seek sponsors for our Gentleman’s Dinner held annually in April each year and our Annual Ball held on the 1st Saturday of September.

Our Summer Ball and Gentleman’s Dinner is open to non member’s so they may be useful to you for corporate entertaining or maybe just make a table up for you and your friends – prices on application
