NEW CLUB CAPTAIN - RUSSELL WILKINSON

Russ has taken on the very important job as Club Captain. His main duty will be as liaison between players and committee. If anyone has a gripe then let Russ know and he will address the situation at the monthly see more.....

Lowestoft and Yarmouth Rugby Club are the most easterly club in the United Kingdom.

 The Club runs three senior sides and youth teams of all ages from mini's to under 17's.

 Our Rugby is played at Gunton Park, a very picturesque, nine acre site purchased by some of our older Vice Presidents in 1960.

In season 2004-05 we celebrated our 125th Anniversary of our founding in 1879 and the 40th Anniversary of our move to our own ground Gunton Park in September 1964.

In season 2008-09 the Club will be playing in Eastern Counties League 1.

Lowestoft & Yarmouth look forward to their 130th season with a quiet growing confidence. Fixtures have been made for 4 senior teams this coming season and this will be the first time in a while that 4 sides have been put out.
